Terrible car wash! Went through automatic car wash. Paid $10.00 with credit card. Pre rinse doesn't work, foam wash doesn't work. It left a film on my car.
I was in the area between Jan and Mar of this year. I washed my car here several times using my credit card. After looking at my credit card statement this morning, I found that I had been charged $14.50 on Saturday. Obviously, they've managed to steal my credit card information somehow. I loved the car wash, but I do not appreciate my information being stolen. I'd advise others to use change when using this vendor.
I say, "Yeah. Why? Is it broken?"
She says, "No, you just look like you're throwing trash away and not going to use the car wash"
Most recently ... I had all of my mats pulled out of my car, was tossing a bunch of road trip trash, and about to use the vacuum cleaner. Then, some lady (employee/owner?) comes up emptying trash cans and says to me "Are you planning on using the car wash?"
I took my dog here yesterday and bathed her and today she is now covered in fleas and her coat looks awful now im having to take my poor pup ro tbe vet probably because they use the same water for the dog wash as they do for the carwash which isnt sanitary . Do your dog a favor a please dont wash them here
So, after this idiotic question sinks in, I say "Don't worry. I'm spending money."
When I tried calling the number listed, it rang and rang.
Don't be a rude idiot to customers if you want them to come back.
I've been by here a few times and keep running into things being broken like a credit card reader or the touchless wash not working.
Coincidentally, the credit card reader in the wash wouldn't work. So, I ended up not spending more than the $1 to vacuum. That's the last dollar this place will get from me. There are plenty more places to stop on my way home.
I have been to this was a number of times in the past and have loved it every time. Yesterday I was being lazy and wanted to use the drive thru wash and it wouldn't work but it did charge my account for 2 washes that I didn't actually get. I've called the phone number listed and it just rings and rings with no answer. No way to get my $20 back.
Yeah ... I just rolled up in a dirty Escalade to throw my floor mats on the ground and throw away some fast food bags.
Spent $2.00 on carpet cleaner before that, and it didn't work either.
