Mills River Park is the perfect place to get out and be active at. It has a tennis court, play ground, tracks for running or cycling, and a library nearby.
Frequently go here to walk my dog and get some exercise. Always very well maintained and clean. Restrooms onsite are spacious and clean and walking trails are fun and interesting. There are pavilions with picnic tables that can be reserved for large groups and playground equipment for both young and older children.

A great park with excellent walking path, soccer fields, playground area, picnic pavilion, dog playgrounds, nice restrooms, access to the Mills River to fish off a fishing doc or get down to the banks. The library is also here, and more sporting fields are soon to come!
Nice place to walk. Not crouded, but always people there. Nice views of the surrounding mountains. Has a small access to the river.
